I am a senior, and back in the '50s, when I learned to drive, one of the laws
that was enforced was that anytime the car was in motion, the driver must pay
"full time and attention to driving the vehicle." If a policeman saw you
eating a sandwich or drinking a drink, he would stop you.
I am surprised that there is not a "Full Time and Attention" law on the books
now. And if it is still on the books, let's get the police to enforce it.
Anything like this that is unpopular must be good.
